VoiceLab

VoiceLab is where you design and stress-test voice agents before they ever touch a phone line. Give an agent a persona, a goal, and hard guardrails; define the caller it will face; then run a real simulated call where the agent and a simulated caller both speak through the live Nyquest relay, bounded by a turn cap.

An LLM judge then scores the transcript: was the goal achieved, did the guardrails hold, what was the tone. The MVP runs as a text simulation, structured so a streaming-audio or telephony transport can be layered underneath without a redesign.
