SwarmLab turns one task into a team. Define agents with distinct roles and a typed handoff graph — who may pass control to whom — then run the swarm on a task where each agent takes a real turn on the live Nyquest relay and hands off along the declared edges.

The orchestrator enforces the handoff contract (an undeclared edge is rejected, not followed), bounds runtime with a max-steps ceiling, and records a full step-by-step trace so any run can be replayed. Each swarm exports as a portable Nyquest Swarm Package.
